Internet promoter Qin Huohuo criminally detained by Beijing police
On August 19, 2013, internet promoter Qin Zhihui (online alias Qin Huohuo) was criminally detained by Beijing police on suspicion of picking quarrels and provoking trouble and illegal business operations, becoming the landmark case of that year's special campaign against online rumors.
