Workers in Rong County Take to the Streets with Placards to Protest Xinding Ceramics Over Unpaid Debts
On October 22, several workers in Rong County, Sichuan, took to the streets holding signs reading “Where is justice? Give us back our hard-earned money” to defend their rights, accusing Rong County Xinding Ceramics Co., Ltd. of withholding payments. They said three bosses had long refused to answer calls or reply on WeChat, and pleaded with the relevant authorities to intervene.
