Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security Reports 89 Indicted and Detained in Telecom Fraud Case
On October 25, Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security announced the progress of the investigation into a telecom fraud case at a hotel in Thanh Hoa Province, stating that 89 people had been criminally charged and detained, including 88 foreign nationals and 1 Vietnamese citizen.
