On September 22, a student from Jiangxi (IP Jiangxi) posted a video stating that using his own insulated cup to get water from a campus drinking fountain, the machine continuously charges based on water usage, and one cup of water ultimately cost about ¥2.2. Netizens complained it is more expensive than 92 gasoline. The video received over 140,000 likes and more than 30,000 comments.

On September 18, the first two characters of the propaganda slogan "Serve the People Wholeheartedly" fell off at a cultural and creative street in Jiangxi, leaving the phrase "Serve the People Turtle-Bastard-Heartedly" instead. After relevant videos spread online and sparked ridicule from netizens, they were quickly removed from short-form video platforms.

Recently, a video showing a worker in Jiangxi holding his breath and diving into filthy sewers for cleaning and dredging operations without any safety protection measures has sparked widespread discussion in society regarding labor safety guarantees.

In many places of Jiangxi Province, cases have emerged where individually registered businesses that had been canceled were forcibly reinstated in tax registration by tax authorities, sparking widespread concerns among the accounting industry and netizens about the government's intensified tax collection efforts and fiscal pressure.

Due to over-enrollment, Jingdezhen College organized personnel late at night to forcibly break down doors and pry locks to compel a senior female student to move to a dormitory with poor environment, and threatened her with party membership and civil service exams.
