举报村官贪腐四年无门、反遭铁锹劈头报复,最后持枪杀死村干部及其家人14人、被中共恶政处决的山西村民
Hu Wenhai was born in 1955 in Dayukou Village, Wujinshan Town, Yuci District, Jinzhong, Shanxi. Outraged that successive village cadres embezzled and squandered more than four million yuan generated by village coal mines where miners risked their lives, he spent four years from 1996 petitioning police, disciplinary and procuratorial bodies at provincial, municipal and district levels on behalf of villagers. Authorities ignored him with callous indifference. On June 19, 1999, cronies of village officials attacked Hu in his field with shovels, striking his head three times and inflicting dozens of stitches that nearly killed him; the village Party secretary subsequently tried to bribe him into silence. Cornered by official corruption, on the night of October 26, 2001, Hu took a shotgun and fatally shot 14 people — village cadres and members of their families, children among them — wounding three, and was arrested in Taiyuan the next day. In court, he declared that official tyranny forced rebellion and that he was willing to die if it prompted the downfall of corrupt officials, drawing spontaneous applause from the gallery. On January 25, 2002, he was executed by the tyrannical CCP regime at the age of 47.
