Netizens Expose Water Leaks and Rust at a Shanghai University Lab, Posing Electrocution Hazard
On October 4, a netizen filmed and exposed multiple leaks in the ceiling and walls of a laboratory at Shanghai University, with rusted lab benches and equipment, water running through 380V high-voltage sockets, and large areas of standing water on the floor. Netizens said the metal parts might be energized, posing an electrocution risk.
