Retired Judicial Official Jiang Yuewen Says Corruption Charges Against Provincial Officials Are Often Inflated More Than Tenfold
Retired judicial system official Jiang Yuewen told The Epoch Times that retaliatory arrests within the provincial bureaucratic system have long existed and are growing more frequent, with bribes of just over 100,000 yuan often described as more than 5 million yuan, inflating the amount involved more than tenfold in order to drive political rivals out of office.
