Zhengzhou Industrial Safety Vocational College Forces Students to Stand in the Rain at an Assembly to Hear Leaders' Speeches
On October 22, despite cooling temperatures and rainy weather, Zhengzhou Industrial Safety Vocational College in Zhengzhou, Henan, still organized a large gathering of students on the sports field to listen to leaders' speeches. Many students got soaked and caught colds with fevers, while the leaders stood right on the stage. Some students said that last year they were also required to hand in their phones and delete related content.
