Haokun Energy Group Says It Coordinated with Chinese Authorities on Sodium Perchlorate Export Licenses
The Wall Street Journal revealed that Chinese company Haokun Energy Group claimed in a December 2025 letter that it had coordinated with relevant Chinese authorities to handle some sodium perchlorate export licenses in a confidential manner.
