On June 29, 2026, public security organs in Yingkou, Liaoning, issued a notice regarding the incident in which桔子数科, the operator of “Juxiaohua,” withheld funds and the platform collapsed, stating that they had opened a case for investigation and coordinated with financial institutions to correct unreasonable collection practices and erroneous credit records against victimized borrowers.

In late June 2026, the "Juxiaohua" and "Yikoudai" platforms operated by Liaoning Orange Digital Technology collapsed. After a large number of borrowers repaid their loans, the platforms maliciously withheld the funds and failed to forward them to the lending financial institutions, leaving dozens of overdue loans on the borrowers' records and subjecting them to intensive debt collection.
