On June 13, 2026, after the chain restaurant brand Yujian Xiaomian was condemned across the internet for filing a cross-province lawsuit against a husband-and-wife noodle shop in Nanyang, Yujian Xiaomian, for trademark infringement, it announced that it was withdrawing the lawsuit; the founder subsequently issued a public apology and gifted the trademark.
