On September 12, 2026, Jianlu Clothing Co., Ltd. in Suqian, Jiangsu Province was exposed by a current employee who claimed that in August 2026 the company arranged employees to work more than 350 hours, and also deducted overtime pay, failed to fully pay social insurance, and covertly forced employees to resign. The employee said that long-term excessive overtime had caused serious bodily damage. Subsequently, the employee submitted a report to the local labor inspection department and formally delivered a "Notice of Forced Termination of Labor Relationship" to the company.
