The photovoltaic industry association released the General Rules for the Cost Accounting Model of the Photovoltaic Industry, which stipulates that the full cost of polysilicon material is 43 yuan per kilogram; the State Administration for Market Regulation subsequently carried out compliance guidance and required enterprises to implement it.
