Taiwan's Shilin District Court dismisses all of Wang Zhian's claims against Hu Zhongxin
Taiwan's Shilin District Court issued a ruling in the case in which Wang Zhian sued Hu Zhongxin, accusing him of being CCP overseas propaganda and a double agent. The judge dismissed all of Wang Zhian's claims, finding that the statements in question constituted opinion expression and political commentary based on facts, and were protected by freedom of speech.
