On October 15, dozens of road maintenance workers wearing "Renrenjie" vests in Qianxi County, Tangshan, Hebei, gathered in front of the county transport bureau, saying they had been owed nearly six months of wages. After trying to demand payment for three or four months without success, they demanded to resolve the matter face-to-face with officials.
