US LNG exporter Venture Global has signed a new purchase and sale agreement with China Gas Holdings Limited. Under the agreement, China Gas will purchase 500,000 tons of LNG annually for a term of 20 years, bringing its total contracted off-take volume to 2.5 million tons per year.
