Hong Kong Buildings Department confirms Starter Homes project requires remedial work or reconstruction
On October 8, Hong Kong's Buildings Department confirmed that in a Starter Homes for Hong Kong Residents scheme project developed by CK Asset Holdings in collaboration with the HKSAR government, six residential towers had rebar configurations that deviated from the drawings, requiring remedial work or demolition and reconstruction.
