According to a complaint letter from her family, a Grade 10 female student at Weifang No. 4 Middle School in Shandong was long-term ostracized and insulted by classmates, and forced to write apology letters. When she reported this to her teachers, she was accused of causing trouble. On October 18, she cried and asked for leave to transfer schools, and on October 20, she committed suicide.
