Liaoning's fixed-asset investment plunges 63.5% in one year as Northeast Special Steel defaults
In 2016, fixed-asset investment in Liaoning Province plunged 63.5%, and in March of the same year Northeast Special Steel went into substantive default, marking the complete collapse of Northeast China's balance sheet and credit.
