On October 21, a netizen in Jiangsu opened the Bank of Jiangsu App and was hit with 14 consecutive pop-up ads. After screenshots were posted online, complaints about the flood of ads in banking apps erupted.

An online screenshot shows that Jiangsu Bank said the loan business it acts as an agent for in cooperation with Ctrip has been suspended, and notified customers that large withdrawals are restricted, with small withdrawals limited to no more than 500 yuan per day and no more than 4 times per month, the restrictions lasting until September 1, 2028.
