Anti-Trafficking Volunteer Shangguan Zhengyi Posts About Disabled Man of Unknown Identity in Zhenning, Guizhou for Years
On November 1, anti-trafficking volunteer Shangguan Zhengyi posted that a disabled man who had wandered to Dahan Village, Liuma Town, Zhenning County, Guizhou Province, and remained unidentified after living there for many years, was known to local authorities. He has requested that the local authorities verify the man's identity, find his family, and make proper arrangements for him in accordance with the law.
