Ming Juzheng, a retired professor from National Taiwan University, proposed that if the CCP occupies Taiwan, it will implement a strategy of 'killing some, imprisoning some, and controlling some.' Some people will be killed, some will be imprisoned, and the rest will be strictly controlled.

The Chinese Communist Party's recently introduced "National Unity Law" is said to be intended to deal with Taiwanese who do not consider themselves Chinese, and may involve extraterritorial jurisdiction.

Gao Zhikai of the CCP stated that Taiwanese with Japanese ancestry must leave Taiwan within 10,000 people or sign a pledge of allegiance to the "unified and prosperous CCP China."
