On October 30, in front of a public toilet at a market in Pattaya, Thailand, Chinese tourists refused to pay a 150-baht cleaning fee, got into a conflict with the manager, and beat them in a group. Police took away 5 Chinese men for investigation, with two sustaining head injuries.
