On September 14, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of China stated that central enterprises will take the lead in paying accounts in a timely manner, requiring large enterprises to compress the maximum payment period for small and medium-sized enterprises to within 60 days, and strictly prohibiting the issuance of new bills with a term of more than 6 months.
