Netizens revealed on Sept 24: Former Beijing Science Reporter and food safety science communicator Hong Guangyu was taken across provinces from Xiamen by police (Public Security) in Dalian on Sept 19 on suspicion of picking quarrels and provoking trouble, and was criminally detained.
