On the afternoon of September 24, a fire broke out in a rooftop warehouse of a factory building in the Xicheng Industrial Zone, Renhe Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, with heavy flames and billowing smoke; as of that night the open flames had still not been fully extinguished, and casualties were unknown.
