A Shanghai music teacher went missing the day after traveling to Bangkok on September 24. Family members said the IP address of the phone had once shown in Kayin State, Myanmar. On October 7, the Chinese Embassy in Thailand confirmed that the teacher had safely returned to Shanghai.
