After confirming that a job seeker came from a school abroad, a staff member at the recruitment booth said that “overseas schools are no good,” and mentioned concerns about the social background of international students’ families and foreign funding, saying that the unit undertakes special national tasks and would rather not hire anyone than make a mistake. The video was subsequently taken down.
