Zhongjian Magnesite Brick workers in Dashiqiao gather in front of the city government to demand unpaid wages, police stand guard for stability maintenance

On October 28, workers from Zhongjian Magnesite Brick in Dashiqiao, Yingkou, Liaoning Province, gathered at the plaza in front of the city government to demand unpaid wages and defend their rights, as the company had failed to pay wages for 15 months and social security contributions for 19 months. A large number of police and SWAT police stood in lines to guard the scene for stability maintenance.
