On September 24, the Communication University of China announced the establishment of the 'Xi Jinping Cultural Thought Research Institute' and held an unveiling ceremony. University Party Secretary Liao Xiangzhong, President Zhang Shuting, and other university leaders, as well as heads of various schools and functional departments, attended the event. The day marked the second anniversary of Xi Jinping's reply letter to all faculty and students of the university.
