Guangdong official document exposed: departments at all levels required to force enterprises in their jurisdictions to donate to the 630 poverty relief fund

In July 2026, an official document circulating online revealed that in many places in Guangdong, during the "630 Poverty Relief and Aid Day" campaign, in addition to requiring people inside the system, targets were assigned at every level to mobilize and even coercively force non-public enterprises within their jurisdictions to make large donations.
