European Parliament Passes Shield of European Democracy Resolution, Affirming Taiwan's Defense Resilience and Technological Strength

On September 15, the European Parliament passed the resolution on the "Findings and Recommendations of the Special Committee on the Shield of European Democracy," stating that Taiwan is a leading partner in situational awareness, affirming its whole-of-society resilience, and calling for strengthened cooperation with like-minded partners in East Asia on issues such as countering foreign interference and information manipulation and the sabotage of undersea cables.
