State Council Order No. 81 on Exit Administration Takes Effect

State Council Order No. 81 has begun to take effect, which stipulates that Chinese citizens engaged in illegal or criminal activities abroad that are deemed to endanger national security and interests may be barred from leaving the country for a certain period after returning home.
