On November 6, anti-trafficking volunteer Shangguan Zhengyi exposed that a scrap yard in Xiaowanglou Village, Huaidian Town, Shenqiu County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province, was suspected of controlling three intellectually disabled individuals for over a decade, forcing them into hard labor without pay, withholding food if they failed to work, and subjecting them to physical abuse. One of the victims remains unidentified. Shangguan questioned why previous reports had not been investigated.
