The Kuomintang camp dug up an early article by Shen Boyang discussing harm-reduction policies abroad and launched an attack under the label of “community drug supply.” Chiang Wan-an repeatedly questioned him in public, his Facebook post drew more than 400,000 comments, blue-camp legislators fired a collective volley, and propaganda vehicles were sent out onto the streets.
