Ukraine's Foreign Minister Writes in Response to the Handover of North Korean POWs to South Korea

In an article, Ukraine's Foreign Minister said that the handover of North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea does not amount to a diplomatic incident but is merely a diplomatic misunderstanding, and expressed hope of maintaining momentum with South Korea.
