Jia Qinglin Served as Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference

Jia Qinglin served as a member of the CCP Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee and Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for 10 consecutive years starting from 2003. During this period and thereafter, his son-in-law Li Botan managed the family's wealth through offshore companies and white-glove agents.
