The Phase IV construction project of Aerospace Sunac Lanyuefu in Chang'an District, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province has been accused of illegal subcontracting and failure to pay wages in full. Several construction workers were forced to gather at the construction site and in front of the doors of relevant departments, holding banners to demand unpaid wages and defend their rights.
