On October 12, Indonesian immigration authorities detained 6 Chinese nationals at a residence in Semarang, seizing 50 mobile phones, 42 iPads and 3 laptops. They subsequently tracked three hotels and Semarang airport, detaining a total of 24 Chinese nationals in Semarang and Yogyakarta. One of them was identified by the SOI system at the airport and taken away, and is currently under further investigation.
