U.S. House Select Committee on China Accuses COSCO Shipping of Long-Term Espionage

According to a report by Representative Moolenaar, chairman of the U.S. House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, and others, COSCO Shipping has maintained a decades-long espionage partnership with the Chinese Communist Party. The report states that its cargo ships are suspected of using concealed equipment near the U.S. coast to intercept military communications, posing a serious counterintelligence threat to the United States.
