CCDI and National Supervisory Commission report: Shanghai Vice Mayor Chen Yujian placed under investigation for suspected serious discipline and law violations

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission issued an official report stating that Chen Yujian, member of the leading Party members group of the Shanghai municipal government and vice mayor of Shanghai, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the CCDI and the National Supervisory Commission. The Songjiang District, which he once governed, was the site of the Phicomm-Lianbi financial blow-up case.
