Shen Boyang, a DPP candidate for Taipei mayor, began a visit to Japan on the 11th. During the trip he jogged while wearing a bulletproof vest, saying he would wear it whenever he leaves the country because, as he is currently wanted by the mainland, he needs to pay attention to his safety — drawing mockery from the outside world.
