Shangguan Zhengyi publicly reports leads on suspected buying and selling of women in Bijie, Guizhou and trafficking of Myanmar women in Huaihua, Hunan

On June 17, 2026, anti-trafficking volunteer Shangguan Zhengyi posted a blog entry disclosing that Zhijin, Guizhou has long taken in women with disabilities of unknown identity and registered them in household records, and that a broker gang in Jingzhou, Hunan organized Myanmar women to cross the border illegally and openly sold them.
