Host Receives Scam Call from Someone Claiming to Be the Chinese Embassy and Calls Back

The host received a call in Washington from someone claiming to be a staff member of the Chinese Embassy, who read out the host's street address. After confronting the caller, the host called back several times to verify, and subsequently filed a report with the FBI and a complaint with the FTC.
