Forcible Indecent Assault on a Woman by Corporate Executives and Public Officials at a KTV in Hangzhou

On the evening of July 26, Zhao Haifeng, general manager of the Zhejiang branch of China Merchants Shekou, and the general manager of C&D Real Estate's Hangzhou company, among others, committed forcible indecent assault against a female subordinate who had organized the gathering while moving on to another KTV venue, causing second-degree minor injuries. The two were subsequently placed under criminal detention and dismissed from their posts.
