On September 30, a student filed a real-name report on the official website of the Linyi Municipal Education Bureau, reporting that Yishui County Third Experimental Middle School forced students to attend morning exercise training from 7 to 8 a.m. every day during the 7-day National Day holiday, with no leave permitted, in violation of Shandong Province’s standards for running primary and secondary schools. When submitting the report, the student entered the correct CAPTCHA multiple times but was still told it was wrong, and the report was repeatedly obstructed.
