Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev mocked Ukraine on Twitter, calling it a "green louse" and stating that Ukraine is angry about the U.S. halting military intelligence support. He argued that without U.S. intelligence, Ukraine would be "blind, panicked, and scurrying around," and accused Ukraine of being "rude" to its sponsors, causing them to get angry. He also compared Trump to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, implying that Trump would not be as passive as Scholz.
