According to an ANSA report on October 28, Milan prosecutors have completed their investigation into 10 suspects, accusing them of stalking, monitoring, and threatening Teacher Li, as well as rummaging through his mailbox and sending materials to China. Four of the Chinese nationals were in continuous contact with Beijing authorities, and some leaders of overseas Chinese associations were accused of being commissioned by Chinese police to coordinate the surveillance of dissidents.
