According to messages on Twitter, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a Yandex data center in Vladimir, Russia. Yandex confirmed that the facility has completely ceased operations. The outages triggered by the strike affected multiple core Yandex services, while also causing disruptions to hundreds of third-party companies and municipal services that rely on Yandex Cloud infrastructure.
