On October 15 in Beijing, a netizen captured footage of what appeared to be petitioners from Shenyang, Liaoning, being intercepted by several men on the street, who tried to take away two elderly people. The elderly cried out that they had pursued rights defense for five years without any result and that there was not a single cent in their salary cards.
